Making a Purchase

An automatically generated email confirmation will be sent on receipt of an internet order
An email with any order query or despatch confirmation will also be sent.
We aim for same or next day despatch when the goods are in stock but please allow up to one week.
Methods of Payment
Online payment must be made using a credit or debit card that we are able to accept. The goods will be despatched after the transaction has been authorised by your card provider.
We reserve the right to make a charge of £3 to cover any additional financial checks that are necessary.
Orders made by telephone, fax or post may also be paid for by cheque which must be in sterling and made out to ‘Pink Camellia’. No goods will be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.
The goods will be invoiced in UK pounds sterling.
The sterling quoted prices includes U.K. value added tax at 17.5%.
The quoted prices in Euros and US dollars are approximate.
Quoted Euro prices include UK value added tax at 17.5% but US dollar prices exclude this tax.
Import tax and/or duty may be incurred on importation depending on the regulations applying to a particular country. Please seek local advice in your country of residence.
Delivery
Deliveries within mainland UK will be sent by First Class post and despatched as soon as possible.
Delivery can be made using the Royal Mail guaranteed next day service. Please choose the 'Special Delivery' option.
Please note that if 'Special Delivery' is required for a Saturday morning that there is an additional charge of £4.00.
If 'Special Delivery' is required please call to confirm that this is possible as no guarantee can be given with an online only order.
Deliveries outside mainland UK will be sent by airmail & import duties may be levied at the point of entry.

UK-SPECIAL DELIVERY £ 8.00
UK SPECIAL DELIVERY-ON SAT. £12.00
EUROPE £10.00
REST of the WORLD £14.00
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return something to us please use our resealable delivery bag wherever possible, together with the pre-printed FREEPOST returns label (mainland UK only).
Please complete the reverse of the invoice and enclose the whole sheet with your return.
The goods are your responsibility until they have been received back by us so please obtain the free ‘proof of posting’ certificate from the Post Office.
For a refund or exchange to be made all goods must be returned, unused and undamaged in any way, within 14 days of their delivery to you.
At Christmas time the returns period is extended until 14 days from Christmas Day (8th January). No refunds will be given for returns received by us after this date will unless prior notification by email or telephone has been received.
If you wish to have a refund this will be made in the same way as the payment. The original postage & packing charge is non-refundable.
If you choose to exchange an item postage & packing are free (mainland UK only).Postage and packing is chargeable on any subsequent return.
Postage & packing is chargeable on all non- mainland UK returns and exchanges.
Refunds on items paid for using American Express will be made after deduction of the original AMEX commission charge.
Special orders
We are always very happy to try and source different sizes, colours or indeed styles from our suppliers but please note that these cannot be returned to us for refund or exchange; this includes all items in the Louis Feraud spa & Louis Feraud silk collections.
Gift Wrapping
All the items in our collection would make lovely gifts and we offer a gift wrapping service for £4.50 using beautiful hand made petal paper and ribbon.
If more than one separate gift wrap is required for an order then there is an further charge of £1.50 per wrap.
Should they be unhappy with the gift then it may be exchanged or returned, subject to the terms stated above. Any refund given will be credited to the original purchaser.
Due to postal regulations in certain countries, most notably the U.S.A., it may not be possible for us to gift wrap if by doing so the package exceeeds the dimensions to be sent as a 'small packet'.
Stock Availability
We endeavour to keep the website constantly updated however no guarantee can be given that a particular item is currently in stock.
You will be notified as soon as possible if an item is out of stock.
