Making a Purchase

An email confirmation or request for further information will be sent on receipt of the order. Delivery information will be given where relevant.
Methods of Payment
Online payment must be made using a credit or debit card that we are able to accept. The goods will be despatched after the transaction has been authorised by your card provider. Pink Camellia reserves the right to make a charge of £3 to cover any additional financial checks on overseas orders.
Orders made by telephone, fax or post may also be paid for by cheque. No goods will be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. Cheques must be in sterling and made out to ‘Pink Camellia’.
The sterling quoted prices includes U.K. value added tax at 17.5%. The quoted prices in euros and US dollars are approximate. The goods will be invoiced in sterling. Please note that Euro prices quoted include UK value added tax at 17.5% but US dollar prices exclude this tax.Import tax and/or duty may be incurred on importation depending on the regualations applying to a particular country. Please seek local advice in your country of residence.
Delivery
All UK mainland deliveries are posted first class with Royal Mail.
Postage by the Royal Mail 'guaranteed next day by 1.00pm' delivery service is available at an additional cost of £1.50. Please include 'special delivery required' in the 'extra info' box on the order form; please note that if this is for a Saturday delivery the total cost will be an additional £3.50.
Deliveries outside mainland UK will be sent by an appropriate carrier and will need to be signed for on receipt.
Delivery costs per order are :
Mainland UK - £6.50
Europe - £13.00
Rest of the World - £16.25
FREE delivery for orders over £250 to mainland UK.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return something to us please use our resealable delivery bag wherever possible, together with the pre-printed FREEPOST returns label (mainland UK only). Please complete the reverse of the invoice and enclose the whole sheet with your return.
The goods are your responsibility until they have been received back by us so please obtain the free ‘proof of posting’ certificate from the Post Office.
For a refund or exchange to be made all goods must be returned, unused and undamaged in any way, within 14 days of their delivery to you. At Christmas time the returns period is extended to 14 days from Christmas Day but please note no refunds can be given for items received back without after 8th January without prior notice by phone or email; a credit note will be issued.
If you wish to have a refund this will be made in the same way as the payment. The original postage & packing charge is non-refundable.
If you choose to exchange an item postage & packing are free (mainland UK only). Postage and packing is chargeable on any subsequent return.
Postage & packing is chargeable on all non- mainland UK returns and exchanges.
Gift Wrapping
All the items in our collection would make lovely gifts and we offer a gift wrapping service for £3.50 using beautiful hand made petal paper and ribbon.
Should they be unhappy with the gift then it may be exchanged for another item or returned. Any refund given will be credited to the original purchaser.
Stock Availability
We endeavour to keep the website constantly updated for stock availability.
If an item you have ordered is not in stock you will be informed by email as soon as possible and we will let you know if the item is being reordered from our supplier and if so when it would be dispatched to you; of course you will always have the option of cancelling the order.
Special orders
We are always very happy to try and source different sizes, colours or indeed styles from our suppliers but please note that these cannot be returned to us for refund or exchange; this includes all bathrobes sent directly from Louis Feraud. |
